Keep occupied rooms part of the plan
When the household stays home during cleaning, the order of work matters. Identify a room that needs to remain available and describe any restrictions around children, pets or a person resting. This helps shape an agreed plan; it does not establish that every task can be completed without noise or interruption.
Write a short list for the kitchen, bathroom and other requested spaces. Specify tasks such as cupboard interiors, appliance interiors or internal window glass if you want them considered. For your Lang'ata visit, confirm the estate gate and who can answer questions about the scope. Move personal documents and fragile objects you prefer to handle yourself. If time or budget is limited, ask to reduce the task list before confirming instead of leaving the team to guess which parts matter most.
Planning your visit in Lang'ata
Use the estate name and an entry point when requesting cleaning in Lang'ata. An estate may have several gates, so identify the one visitors should use. Let us know about parking restrictions and whether someone will be at home throughout the visit. If children or pets will be present, mention that when planning access to the work area. The cleaning scope and any job-specific preparation should be agreed beforehand, rather than improvised once equipment is inside.
- Estate name and visitor gate
- Parking restrictions and a responsible person on site
- Rooms that must remain available during the visit
What affects the cleaning quote?
Tell us the size of your home, the rooms that need cleaning and the tasks you want included. Moving in or out? Share that too so we can plan the right scope.
- Number of rooms and approximate home size
- Tasks you want included in the clean
- Access, parking, water or power restrictions
Ask for the total in KES, the work included and any travel charge. Extra items or tasks need to be agreed before they are added. A preferred date is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment.
After the clean
Before your visit, we’ll agree what to prepare and which tasks are included. Any additional work is discussed with you before it starts.
Keep the agreed checklist so you can review the completed work. If something needs attention, describe the item or room and the concern when you follow up.
