Think through the night after the clean
Before settling on a visit, consider where the sleeper can rest if the mattress needs longer to dry. Share the care label and say which side you want assessed. For a child's bed, describe the item and any spill clearly rather than asking for a broad safety or sanitising guarantee. A protector, foam topper and mattress may need different handling.
In a Lang'ata bedroom, explain whether there is room around the frame and whether turning the mattress would require help. Do not lean a heavy item somewhere unstable just to prepare for the visit. We will agree access and discuss limitations as part of the scope. Fresh bedding should go back on only when the assessed item is ready, following job-specific aftercare. Cleaning does not prove that a mattress is free from every germ, allergen or underlying moisture problem.

Use the estate name and an entry point when requesting cleaning in Lang'ata. An estate may have several gates, so identify the one visitors should use. Let us know about parking restrictions and whether someone will be at home throughout the visit. If children or pets will be present, mention that when planning access to the work area. After the clean
Your mattress needs adequate drying before bedding goes back on. We’ll advise on ventilation and readiness based on the material and cleaning method.
Keep the agreed checklist so you can review the completed work. If something needs attention, describe the item or room and the concern when you follow up.
