Leave time between cleaning and bedtime
The appointment window and the drying window are different things. If this is the only bed in the home, raise that before choosing a date. Share the mattress label where available, describe visible marks and say whether you want one surface or both sides assessed. A thick mattress, a topper and a divan base are separate items; include each one you want quoted.
In a Westlands building, equipment access and bedroom space also matter. Tell us about stairs or lift restrictions and whether the mattress can be reached around the bed frame. Remove bedding only as agreed for the visit, and keep spare bedding clear of the working area. Cleaning does not establish that a mattress is medically safe or free of every allergen. Ask about the realistic scope, material limitations and signs that the item is ready to be made up again.
Planning your visit in Westlands
A neighbourhood name does not tell us which entrance to use. For a Westlands visit, include your road, building or compound name and a nearby landmark. If your building has a reception desk, ask whether a visiting cleaning team needs advance clearance. Mention the floor and whether equipment can use the lift. After the clean
Your mattress needs adequate drying before bedding goes back on. We’ll advise on ventilation and readiness based on the material and cleaning method.
Keep the agreed checklist so you can review the completed work. If something needs attention, describe the item or room and the concern when you follow up.
