Keep the base and mattress distinct
A divan base, padded headboard and mattress may all have upholstery, but they are separate items. List the pieces you want considered and photograph their labels or materials where available. A mattress request should say which sides need attention; it does not automatically include every upholstered part of the bed.

After the clean
Your mattress needs adequate drying before bedding goes back on. We’ll advise on ventilation and readiness based on the material and cleaning method.
Keep the agreed checklist so you can review the completed work. If something needs attention, describe the item or room and the concern when you follow up.
