Name the surfaces that need special care
A home may contain sealed stone, timber, glass and painted finishes within the same room. Tell us about materials you know need particular care and share the manufacturer's instructions if available. Do not describe a surface as washable unless you are sure. Point out existing marks or damage before cleaning is planned.

Keep the agreed checklist so you can review the completed work. If something needs attention, describe the item or room and the concern when you follow up.
